- All "Kids Assistance" items can be used from check-in to check-out.
- Due to limited quantities, a reservation is required for all "Kids Assistance" items.
- Kids Play Land (seasonal)
- In Rizzan Kids Play Land, children can play with toys free of charge.

- At the "Rizzan Convenience Store", there are various child necessities available for purchase as well as a microwave to sterilize feeding bottles.
- Maternity Assistance

- The holding pillow can be used from check-in to check-out.
- Due to limited quantities, a reservation is required for the holding pillow.
