近年、国内外においてモバイルバッテリー（リチウムイオン電池を内蔵した製品を含む）による発熱・発煙・発火などの事例が報告されております。
すべてのお客様に安心して快適にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用につきまして、下記の点にご協力をお願い申しあげます。
■ ご利用時のお願い
外出などで客室を不在にされる際や、就寝中はモバイルバッテリーを必ずコンセントから外してください。
モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合は、以下のような場所でのご使用をお控えください。
・直射日光の当たる窓際
・ベッドやシーツ、カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
破損や膨張、異常な発熱がみられるモバイルバッテリーは使用しないでください。
■ 安全確保のためのお願い
ご滞在中の客室清掃時に、上記の状況が確認された場合や、モバイルバッテリーが高温となっている場合には、安全確保の観点からスタッフが機器の位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

In recent years, both in Japan and overseas, there have been many reports of mobile batteries (including those with built-in lithium-ion batteries) causing overheating, smoke, and fire.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in taking the following precautions regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.
■ Requests for those using mobile batteries
Please be sure to unplug your mobile battery when you leave your room or while sleeping.
When charging portable electronic devices using a mobile battery or using the power outlets in guest rooms, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
・A window exposed to direct sunlight
・On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
To prevent any problems that may occur while charging, please use the device in a location where you can personally monitor the status of the battery.
Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or overheating.
■ Requests for safety
Please note that if the above conditions are found during room cleaning during your stay, or if the mobile battery becomes hot, staff may move the device to another location to ensure safety.
