- For more than 30 years, I have honed my craft as a chef in restaurants in Tokyo and in renowned hotels in Okinawa. Inspired by the beauty and depth of French cuisine, I have poured my heart into every plate. Drawing on that experience, I now step onto a new stage—continuing to challenge the possibilities of cuisine with the same passion as ever.
