Greetings from the new head chef
I have been working as a chef for over 30 years in restaurants in Tokyo and in famous hotels in the prefecture of Okinawa. Fascinated by the beauty and depth of French cuisine, I pour my heart and soul into every dish. Now, drawing on the experience and skills I have cultivated, I am moving on to a new stage. With the same unwavering passion, I strive to create cuisine delights that not only make a good impression, but keeps you coming back for more.
