Information on benefits of the Royal Floor Plan (10th floor, the penthouse.)
Benefits are only available for guests of the Royal Floor Plan.
- Arrival and Departure (9:00～２0:00)
- Check-in and Check-out services are available at the Lounge on the 10th floor.
- When checking in at 12:00, guests may stay for up to 24 hours (Except 12/28～1/4). Also depending on the reservation plan, check in time may be changed after 13:00. Please confirm your reservation plan.
- Baggage up and Baggage down service
- Upon arrival and check-out from the hotel, a valet parking service is available. (Not for use during your stay.)
- *When you arrive by car, please tell the staff you are part of the "Royal Floor Plan" for the valet parking service.
- During your stay
- Soft drink service is available in the spacious private lounge.
- Morning newspaper delivery. (except non-issue days)
- Free beer and soft drinks in the fridge. (Refilled daily)
- Bath robes available in your suite.
- Free parking space.
- Free use of the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
- Guest Benefits
- Free use of the Sauna and Spa "HAMANOYU" during your stay.
- Breakfast tickets may be used for the lunch buffet
- *Please be aware that 2 breakfast tickets are not an alternative for a dinner ticket on the Royal Floor Plan
