Okinawa Marriott Rizzan Resort & Spa

2026.12.01

Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay
is being reborn as a Marriott hotel.

Tradition, elevated to a world-class stage.
We aim to build on the existing foundation of the love and pride for this region that we have carefully cultivated as "Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay."
Now, stretching our new wings as a global standard Marriott hotel, we set our sights on even greater heights.

Set on the west coast of Okinawa's main island, the hotel enjoys one of the finest locations Okinawa has to offer.
Located within the Okinawa Kaigan Quasi-National Park, the hotel sits on and overlooks a natural beach of continuous white sand.
From our Ocean View rooms, it seems as if the beach unfolds just below your window. Our Green View rooms offer panorama views of Okinawa's abundant nature. No matter which of our room types you choose, (Standard, Deluxe, or Family room style), each offers a rich variety of views of the island's natural beauty.

Besides our restaurants and bars, we offer an abundance of marine activities, in-house hands-on activities, and Ryukyu dance & Eisa performances - delights to enjoy all year round. It is the largest resort hotel in Okinawa Prefecture.

Okinawa's largest resort hotel is now evolving into a Marriott hotel, one of the world's foremost brands.

Why not learn the hospitality the world admires, and together with us, give shape to the very finest hospitality that only you can help build?

MESSAGEMessage from the President

President Masato Mori

HMI Hotel Group
Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay
President Masato Mori

Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay was born in 1993 as the largest resort hotel in Okinawa Prefecture. To this day, we have constructed a rich history and culture as a resort hotel teeming with hospitality.
Now, on December 1, 2026, we take a new step forward as a Marriott hotel.

From here, as Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay, we take on the challenge of blending the tradition we have built with world-class hospitality to create new value.

Aiming for world-class service, we send every guest home with the greatest possible sense of satisfaction. To continue to achieve this, we need the strength of our younger generation.

We anticipate a number of new recruits looking to enter their first experience of employment after completion of academic studies / graduation. What we hope for from our new graduates is a fresh perspective-a "fresh wind" that goes beyond conventional ways of thinking in the hotel industry.
Becoming part of Marriott, one of the world's largest hotel groups, means gaining world-standard service skills, a global mindset, and exciting career opportunities.

Our stage extends to the world; yet no matter how large the brand becomes, the heart of a hotel lies within its people.
The way each of you lean into your career and daily face each guest is the very value of the hotel.
The skills you refine here will become a lifelong asset.
With confidence and without fear of failure, let us build a hotel chosen by guests around the world together.
