is being reborn as a Marriott brand hotel.
We are currently in the process of becoming part of Marriott, one of the world's largest hotel groups.
We are actively seeking those who are interested in building the future of a new resort together.
Blending the warm hospitality unique to Okinawa with the world-class hospitality standards the Marriott name is known for,
help us create and deliver to our guests a special stay experience that can only be created here.
No prior experience in the hotel industry is required. At Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay, we have created an environment where you can acquire world-class hospitality one step at a time while making use of your experience so far.
The experience required differs by position, but there are also roles where it's easy to apply your past work experience-such as customer service, administration, and coordination.
In addition to on-site OJT (On-the-Job-Training), we have training programs that deepen your guest-service skills and your understanding of the work. You can naturally acquire the hotel's unique way of working through hands-on practice.
The ability to engage with people, attentiveness, organizational skills, and an awareness of improvement are great assets in a hotel, too. We also welcome experience in retail sales, food service, administration, the service industry, and more.
